  • Can we refund something that was shipped to us if we don’t like it?

We allow returns on all of our products in the case of damage or dissatisfaction. Undamaged items returned for "no cause" may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  We request photos of any damage sustained either in transit or during manufacturing so we can provide the photos to our shipping partners and manufacturers.  

The item must be returned in the same condition as when it left our warehouse and must be re-packaged correctly and effectively.  A full refund will be granted for the item being returned to us once it has been returned to our retail store located in Indianapolis, IN or tracking has been provided for the return shipment. 

  • How long does shipping take?

Our shipping estimates are generally between 5 to 15 business days and can vary by manufacturer. Shipping is typically by Fedex Home Delivery - if you have specific delivery instructions or notes, make sure to set up a FREE Fedex Delivery Manager account for your delivery address. Once an item has left our warehouse and you have received a tracking number, Fedex will be your main point of contact for shipping updates.

  • When do we get new items, and how do you know when to check for them? 

We typically get new items weekly. We do our best to update the website on a daily basis to make sure our products are correct and accurately portrayed. The best way to stay up to date on new items is to sign up for our email and text club, to check the website regularly, and like us on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok!

  • What is your loyalty rewards program?

We offer a great rewards program to help you save when you buy! For every $1 you spend, you get 3 points - and you can redeem 300 points for $1 off your next order! You also get 300 points just for signing up for our loyalty program, and 300 points on your birthday!

  • Where are you located? What are your hours? 

Our retail address is located at the Ayr Apartments at 6160 N Rural St, Indianapolis IN 46220. Our hours are typically by appointment - send us a message on social media and we will be at the shop for you!

  • Do we negotiate? 

We always price our items around 30% off or more of the retail price from big box retailers such as Home Depot, Lowes, and Wayfair. For that reason we do NOT negotiate prices - but we do offer frequent sales and discounts, so make sure to follow us on social media and subscribe to our text/email updates!
